Screen keeps zooming

When I am tying fast on whatsapp or maybe some other apps but noticed it mostly on whatsapp my screen zooms in and there is like a blue box goes around the screen I have to back up to the home page screen to remove it. how do I turn this off?

Try going to Settings>Accessibility>Magnification Gestures: See if something is checked there that might apply to your issue.
