Is there a way to connect my blue Xtreme tank 5.0 to a TV using HDMI or screen mirroring

Unfortunately this phone doesn't have the MHL hardware, so no HDMI output is possible. You can, however, share the screen via WiFi to a Miracast-compatible TV/Device or through receivers like Chromecast or Roku.
