Screen Mirroring to Samsung Smart tv cuts off

[Android Central Question]

Whenever I try to screen mirror from my phone, it works bit it only shows the top left corner of my screen far of to the side of my tv, it is really weird, does anyone know how to fix that? Is there a setting somewhere I need to change?
