screen not shutting off after update

I can change the timeout settings to whatever I want, the screen will dim, but not shut off. Worried this will kill the battery, anybody else seeing this?


Have tried everything I can think of to fix it....

after 3 reboots and two battery pulls, its working for now.....so weird.
