screen on when charging

my wife and i did almost the same set up when we received our s21 5g.. but when she connect the phone to charge the screen turn on every min , what setting should i go to fix that?

Under settings always on display should be toggled to the off position

Does this happen with different cables? It might mean that the USB connection is somewhat unstable, and charging is constantly stopping and starting again.
