Screen Orientation While Docked in ICS

I have a desk dock for my phone which has it sitting in portrait mode, which worked fine for Gingerbread, but as soon as I upgraded to ICS the phone switches to landscape mode while in the dock. Does anyone know how to prevent it from ever going into landscape mode? I tried checking under Settings > Display, but there is only a "Auto Rotate" option which is off. Do you have a different Launcher? I have Nova Launcher, which allows you to alter the orientation for when it's docked.

I have ADW, and I can make the launcher orientation be any way I want, but as soon as I enter the desk clock (which is the default), or any other app that the launcher has no control over (gmail, handcent...) it will switch to portrait mode.
