Screen overlay detected

Hello I have followed all hints and fixes on forums for this issue.
This is a brand new s6 edge samsung ufortunately wont assist and have bad major bad experiences in the past

I now keep getting the screen overlay detected pop up i cannot upload pictures to social media anymore tried all alone fixes

Samsung won't assist because mhike my phone was charging over night the screen cracked? So my warranty is void until replaced which with s6edge is 300$

I've also had a issue with chromecast which I don't own and am.currently battling Google for help with no no luck either their pin pop up has rendered my brand new phone useless when I asked them how do I call 911 if in a emergency but their cast pop up prevents me they said it's not their issue

Anyways back to the point my now 5 issue with a 1.5 month old.phone is this overlay issue I've never owned samsung or Android before and NEVER WILL AGAIN once I paid off my brand new phone in 2 years I will be going back to iPhone I can't believe the issues I've had

Back to few point please someone help me!!!!!! I'm ready to throw my phone off a 17 floor building at this point I can't even use it.

Also, what do you mean that you had an issue with a Chromecast you didn't own?
