Screen protector

Same. I never had any of the issues with the fps while using the factory screen protector. It worked for me and It's still hanging in there even though it's all scratched up. I gotta take it off before I send the note 10 back though. I don't want Att thinking that's my actual screen looking like that. Lol

Exactly! Mine is all scratched up as well. But the screen underneath will be pristine for maximum trade-in value. : )

These are awesome. Feels alot like factory installed ones.

FPS works?

I just purchased a Skinomi screen protector set off of Amazon, going off of AC's recommended screen protectors to use for the S10. I haven't installed it yet - I'll probably do so tomorrow or Friday. I'll keep you posted on how it goes.

I too prefer glass but with the ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, it's hard to do that without spending a fortune on a Whitestone Dome protector. Then again, I've spent a chunk of coin on screen protectors over the past ten months.

I tried the skinomi on my note 10+ and didn't care for them. They have an orange peel look and are too rubbery to use the s pen with.

Orange peel, you say? How creepy. I'll have to have a look for that when I do my installation.

That’s how the Spigen TPS protector is too. But when looking at display when on it’s not noticeable or degrades image. Really when display is black and take a close look the orange peel is more noticeable. But in my case served me well in my Note 8 for past three years.

As for being too rubbery when using sPen, that’s where the two different types of tips come in. I felt the same way but swapped to other color tip provided in box and pen glides smooth.

Not the best solution but when you can’t find a glass protector you like, it is what it is.

I truly wish Samsung had provided us with a screen protector. The tempered one I bought is garbage. I'm scared to get a film one because I suck at installation. I guess I'm glad I'll be hanging on to this phone for awhile because I'm rocking it with no protector.

Can’t say enough good things about Whitestone Dome....wowzers

No matter how many times I install the Whitestone Dome perfectly, I'm always anxious the next time. Watching the video gets me back into the groove. It seems like the process is slightly modified each time. Last time it was the installation guide that goes down the middle. This time it was the black stickers (which by the way, I found to be kinda tough to take off after initial curing)! But it came out well. I had a minor unexpected thing happen, but it was quickly fixed. I really love the protector and that's all I've used now since S7 edge.

I've used the Whitestone Dome on my current Note 9 and my son's Note 10+. I think it's the best screen protector for the curved screens, but you have to be really careful putting it on to get it right. Problem is little bubbles or lines can form sometimes over time in the glue on the edges. And the glass itself can get scratches that never would have scratched the Gorilla Glass. I'm thinking of testing out the hype of the Victus glass and going naked on my Note 20 Ultra.

Even the new glass will scratch and you can't really 100% say the scratches on the WSD wouldn't have scratched the gorilla glass on the phone in the same way.

The WSD has done it's primary purpose which is to protect the phone's display.

To see how the new Gorilla Glass fares check out JerryRiggEveryrhing video on its durability test and then consider going screen protector-less .

At least this orange peel is not as noticeable under most conditions. I will install it tonight and let you guys know how it's looking.
