Is there an app that will screen capture video from my device screen?

Say like I wanted to make an instructional video or demonstrate features of my phone without having to use a separate recording device

Same with my old iphone...

I don't think I'm experienced enough with my s5 to try rooting just yet.

What about Recordable...anyone tired it? I don't have my 1 friggin' USB cable handy, which is required for setup?!?!?!?!

Try this. I've heard it works and it doesn't require root. The also have a paid version.

Free version is limited, but here is my first ever test vid.
