Screen scratches VERY easily

so its been 4 to 5 days of using my P30 Pro.and i just bought a Tempered Glass and as i was cleaning the screen.i noticed a hair size scratch going from middle to bottom of phone...which is around 10cm...i never let my phone get in contact with anything else other than my hands...and how the heck this happened...and im sure it wasnt there when i first got it.

well this is funny because i forgot when was the last time i scratched the screen.but great phone still.just dont forget protectors.

After searching Google. Turns out that i am not alone. Many users have been complaining that issue as well... Wierd but true lol.

Me too. I have owned for about two weeks and had a film screen protector. I noticed two scratches on the screen after replacing the screen protector. Not very good on that front.

Yep. Quite a lot of P30 Pro users are saying that too...

got mine yesterday I walked out of the Bell store with the box and made my way straight to the Ghost Armour Kiosk, wasn't risking it haha

The glass screen cracks really easily. Are you sure it's not a hairline crack?

Its a hairline scratch... Not crack... Visible only from certain angles...

I'm not a Huawei sympathizer, but if you Google any brand and screen scratches you'll probably get same results. Same with car paint and rock chips.

Hehe... Nope. My N10+ didnt have any scratches until the day i sold the phone. Which is 5 months... But only 2 months naked.

My P30 Pro came with a plastic protector on the screen. I used it that way for a month before I realized it was a screen protector. No scratches, of course, but I use a holster. Are you sure the "scratch" isn't in the screen protector? The screen is supposed to be Gorilla Glass.

I've read some individuals saying it isn't Gorilla Glass but....
