Screen time out

This is probably something simple but I don't want to have to go hunting around for the answer. I keep changing my screen time out to 1min but it inevitably changes back to 30sec. Why is this and how can I stop it?

Sounds like a malicious app changing it. You should look into that. Worst case scenario, clear data fke Settings.
