Screen timeout issue

[AC Question]

I have the lg stylo 2 plus. No matter what I set the screen time out to (leave the screen on), if the screen is not being touched it will go dim and turn black in 10 seconds. I have not found a setting that is able to keep the phone awake longer without me having to physically touching the screen.

I have 2 of the stylo 3 plus. Both of them do this as well. Dogs anyone figure out what is happening?

Just go battery optimizations on the list turn on your apps
