Screen timeout reverts to 1 min

No matter what I do, even installing apps to override system screen timeout, it always reverts back to 1 minute. Is there an app that's causing this or is it a glitch with 7.0? HELP, this is making me crazy!!

Not so! I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 Active and received the May Nougat Update - I changed my screen timeout to 3 minutes and it has held at that with no problems. Not sure why yours is changing "ncorigbl"! Do you have the phone in "MAX" Battery Saver Mode, by chance? That is the only thing I think that can override your choice.
