Screen unresponsive at times

On occasion the screen on my transformer becomes totally unresponsive to touch. The mouse is still active however the screen is totally unresponsive to touch. Even when I remove the epad from the base it is still unresponsive . The only resolution is a reboot and even to accomplish that you must use the mousepad.

This happens to me in the buggy YouTube app sometimes.
