Screen unresponsive to touch

Hi everyone. I have Sony Xperia Z5 and it's screen won't rensponse to touch. That's because i sprayed it with Ethyl alcohol 70% i think. I wanted to clean bottom speaker because it was broken but i ended up doing more damage.. At first there was some moisture in screen that was rising from botton to middle while only bottom part of screen (covered in moisture) was working.. Then i left it overninght to dry and moisture almost disappeared, except in bottom left part but top half was still not working. Than later i took hair dryer and tried to dry only flet cable, but when i turned it on after that, whole screen was not working.. That happened about 2,5 weeks ago and its still same, everyhing but touch is working.. Can i clean it with isopropyl 90% or sometheng like that or i can throw it away? Thanks in advance
