Screenshot Blurred when sending in a message

Whenever I attach a screenshot to send to someone in the messaging app, it sends blurry. Anyone have a clue on how to resolve this issue?

Remember that MMS have a picture size limit. When you attach a picture via MMS it's actually compressing it, and the screenshot you're taking is at the original screen resolution (open the original image on a PC and you'll see...it's huge), so choppiness and pixellation are usually bound to happen. Some apps are better at handling the compression, however. Have you tried switching to Hangouts or any other 3rd party SMS app?

Shouldn't really make much of a difference (but let us know if it does)... They should still be blurry due to compression if you're sending via mms.

Sending via email might serve you better

Yeah, but some apps are better at compressing images than others. You will still get a smaller image, but with better compression, it could look better and less choppy

Have never had an issue screen shots they are always clear and sending via google messenger.
