Screenshot error

So I'm using asus zenfone 3 and I update the android version to 8.0.0 and it works fine for a while. Now when I do a screenshot, it says "screenshot captured" but there is no screenshot in my gallery when I check it. My memory is still having alot of space. Hopefully someone can solve it.

Welcome to Android Central! Use a file manager app and look in the /Pictures/Screenshots directory. Anything there?
