Screenshots/cropped images blurry?

All of a sudden whenever I take a screenshot on my phone screen the image comes out with pretty low quality. If I crop that image it gets even worse. Is there a setting that I am missing that is causing this??? I recently did a factory reset but I just started seeing this problem a few days ago. Never happened before.

I changed screenshot output from JPG to PNG and it improved the quality.
