Firstly, Mod if there is already a thread on this topic please move my post there.

I'm experiencing serious problems when trying to take a screenshot with the palm swipe. I had no problem whatsoever on my S III. I'm disabled & can't use the shortcut where you hold the power & home buttons at the same time.

I have all of the necessary motion features activated.

Ideas? TX

Apparently you have to actually touch the screen with the side of your palm as you swipe it across. There's a demonstration screen available to try it out if you tap on the "Capture screen" setting under the main "Palm motion" setting.
