Scrolling desktop pages?

Galaxy S6 - I would like to have the desktop pages scroll or carousel so they circle around and not stop when you get to the home page. In other words I can get to the pages by scrolling either direction. I can't find that in settings. Do I need a launcher for that? If so, any recommendations?

Nove is probably the launcher of choice.
