Scrolling Screenshot not working properly in Samsung Note 10+.

When I take a screenshot and use the scroll feature, the toolbar is also included in the picture.
If I disable the toolbar, I can't access the scroll feature.
It was working fine till a day ago

When you take a screenshot either by pressing power and volume buttons or by swiping over the screen, you will a small box appear with two down facing arrows on the bottomlefthandside. If you touch that icon, the screen will scroll down and the screenshot will be extended.

Ahh never noticed that the scrolling lol , ok go to settings >advanced features >screenshot and screen recording> is screenshot tool bar on ?

Yeah , and if you click on screenshot tool it takes u to other menu where it shows what it looks like

That's strange. The scroll feature is working fine on mine. Even when I disable the screenshot toolbar. I only take screenshots using my S Pen. Did you recently install an update?

When you take the screenshot, this bar pops up, scrolling screenshot, tap the double down arrow box to scroll the screen. Keep tapping 'til you get all you want.
