SD Card help

I'm unable to delete files on sd card on Xperia L, it keeps coming back when I try to delete it. I tried formatting it via PC too but same thing happens. Files keeps coming back after a few minutes. Can someone help me with this issue?...Thanks!

Do you have your files syncing automatically to your Google or other accounts? Also have you tried clearing your partition cache?

Only apps data are sync on my Google acct, how do i clear my partition cache? And also my sd card is mounted as read only on my phone. Thanks!
