SD card is empty or has unsupported file

Hello!Can you please help me to make my SD card go alive?I don't want to format my SD card and loose all my pictures

Put the card into a card reader. Plug it into a computer. Then read Using chkdsk to fix a corrupted SD card.

If that doesn't fix it, and it's a SanDisk card, go to SanDisk microSD Tech Support and open a live chat (upper right - Support Options). They may be able to help.
