SD card not recognized on re-boot

If I leave my bluetooth on when I re-start my phone the SD card will not be recognized by the system. A lot of things are broken and I get a system prompt asking me if I want to format my card. That includes when I do more re-starts. But once I turn bluetooth off and re-start my SD card will be recognized.

Is that regular behavior for phones? The work around is easy enough. And I don't want Sprint to service the phone until they resolve the self re-booting issue. I just wanted to check if this was normal.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having problems with your Echo, as a Product Ambassador for Sprint I've had mine for a over a week now and haven't run into this issue, as I saw this I started testing to see if I could duplicate the issue and I am unable to duplicate it.

I would recommend you take to a Sprint store and have them check it out. the issue with rebooting is not common either, myself and a few other Product Ambassadors haven't had any issues with self reboots either.

Keep in mind that while we do offer an awesome 30 day guarantee of satisfaction, and normally will gladly replace a defective unit with a new unit or another model within that first 30 days.
