SD card secure?

Sorry if this has been discussed little had to search on the mobile site. I just got the razr today and I noticed my SD card doesn't lock in place instead the side flap holds it in. Is this normal? Thanks

You have to push it in until it clicks and then it will lock. To remove it you push in again and it will unlock.

Guess I have a defective unit because if is not locking in place. I am not going go try and force the issue either.

Make sure it's inserted the right way. I had that problem with the Sim card.

Can your phone read/write to the card?

Yes it can read and write to the card just fine. And it is being put in the right way. It just simply won't lock in place for whatever reason. Guess I will see if this warrants a replacement or not.

If ur within ur 14 days u can still return it I'm sure. If not then warranty should cover it since it came out defective.
