SD card trouble

My SD card wont read on my computer through an sd card usb...it shows up in "My Computer" but says there is no drive there.

I also tried plugging Fascinate through USB direct through computer and get error message that the driver did not install correctly or is not present...

WTF simple solutions for the simple mind ??

Try download the Samsung drivers for your system. Search the Fascinate forums here for the link. Its not hard to find.

Also, you can try taking the card out and putting in a Multi Card reader. However if you set your phone to make the computer read it as a mass storage device then when you plug it in pull down the notification bar and hit the USB thing. Then select mount USB. That will enable the computer to recognize it as a storage device.

If all else fails you can format the card.

Worked like a charm !! After connecting the USB to phone I selected "Mount" and away she rode....lol.
