"SD card unexpectedly removed" from my HTC One V

Anyone else seeing this multiple times a day, or is it just my SD card?

I backed up my SD card and reformatted. No issues... yet.

After backing up and reformatting the SD card on my PC, this issue has not recurred.

I have the same issue. Haven't tried reformatting yet.

I know this is an issue with the S4. I'm surprised to see it on the One as well. At first, I thought these issues were confined to Sandisk cards but it seems to be other manufacturers too.

Problem persists after sd card re-format (I wasn't expecting it to make any difference to be honest). Any suggestions that actually work and are not just empirical?
