SD Card?

I have the tmobile m919 version. I have run out of space so must factory reset. Before I do I moved a bunch of apps to the sd card and since I have run space I can not move them back. So when I factory reset and the apps are gone can I safely remove the android folder from the sd card? Also the sd card is getting full so what elese can I remove that I will no longer need?

Why do you have to factory reset? If you're low on storage, you should first work on either moving the stuff that's movable off the phone (like photos, videos, documents), and uninstalling any apps that aren't absolutely necessary.
