SD insufficient space error after MM update

Just updated today toMM(yeah finally) but when I try to move apps to the SD it comes up insufficient space even though I have 30gb. All was going well for the first 5 apps or so then just stopped. I have tried cleaning cache , no joy. I have also tried it using appmgr lll.

And ideas are welcome

Since Android was never designed to move apps to the SD card (nor do many app developers worry whether their apps can be moved), consider it your luck that SOME apps move. Although I think the problem is that you've installed the card as Adoptive Storage (which is the default on many phones when you update) - which means that your storage space is a combination of the internal "SD card" plus the external card - and you no longer get the option of what app sits in what space.

I doubt that is the case as Samsung doesn't support adoptive storage.

I've even tried to do the backdoor setup ofy SD card via the dev USB console and it just ignored the request.
