SDM partial wakelock after postponing and freezing update

I kept postponing the OTA update until I could root and freeze it.

I noticed before I rooted the phone that while the update was postponed, my battery life has been horrendous. Using better battery stats I see that SDM_partial_wakelock has been keeping the phone awake and never letting it go to sleep.

Once I rooted, I froze SDM 1.0, however the wake lock has not gone away, ever after restarts. Any ideas on how to fix this? It is killing my battery life.
