So first confirmed check? Thats the first that I have heard of. I'm hoping mine comes in thiis week.
No check this weekend. Clearly, it's going to be post-TG. I don't think Samsung will ever recover in my eyes after the litany of lies, arrogance and annoyance from this experience.
Called Colorado yesterday, they are going to send a box, would like to know if anyone actually got a refund check for a second hand NOTE 7 before I send it... the only person I know about that received the check posted in this thread. It would be nice if they provide more proof.
I coincidentally ran into a Samsung rep in a T-Mobile store earlier today and asked about my refund. They checked through my ticket # that they finally processed my phone on November 11th despite it being received at their warehouse on October 17th via tracking #. I was then told that it would take another 10-14 business days for my check to arrive. Like everyone else, I should be receiving a UPS tracking # via email hopefullly soon.
U probably have to call them. They sent me email saying my chech will be here in 3 bus days. Never arrived. Called and they say that my system glitch. Bunch of jokers lol.I got this email.

Plus 1 on getting both email now the waiting game to see if it comes in the mail. I read thru and didn't find if it comes usps or ups and if it does come thru ups will It activate thru ups my choice and let me know something is coming like the alert from when I got the fireproof boxes.I got an email today that my refund is processing. HALLELUJAH!!!
