Security lock screen issue

Can anyone help me with this? I usually disable my pin when I am on my bike so that I have easy access to my tracking app. Today I encountered the screen here and cannot choose None or Swipe for my lock screen. I have no idea how this was disabled.

Take a look at this thread. Clearing credentials in the security settings fixed the problem for several members.

Glad it helped! Let us know which solution did the trick for you. It will be helpful for some other people with the same phone and problem.

Also to keep your phone unlocked you could try the "on body detection" option in the Smart lock settings. It works great for me.

I went to Settings>Security and clicked the Clear Credentials button and that restored the ability to leave the phone unlocked. I am going to try the on-body unlock and see how that is but don't know if it would have worked yesterday while it was attached to my bike's handlebar.

Lol. Yeah, it should work on the bike. The phone will lock after being still on a flat surface. Take a look.
