Segment micro SD card for multiple users?

Does anyone know a way to segment a micro SD card so a tablet with multiple user accounts can only access a portion designated for that account?

Can't do it without root I believe and even then it is easier to just get more sd cards each person.

Yeah, the relatively easy alternative is to swap cards. I was looking for something more convenient for frequent changing between two user accounts. Not a big deal though. With a large card capacity one card has plenty of space for my needs in this case.
