Select mobile network dont stick (A13), any solution

Samsung A13 5G
On Samsung A13 5G/Android 13 select mobile network dont work (cant turn off automatic selection).
You can select another network but it dont stick, so after a couple minutes it selects the wrong network again

Tre, its a scandinavian carrier.
If I take out the sim and put into my old (android11 xiaomi) it sticks to selected network here in germany.
Its a bug in android 13, maybe there is a workaround ?

Exactly, it seem that the (blue dimmed) switch never goes off, even if you turn it off in previous step.

So if I select Telecom it bounces back to O2 within 30 minutes

Yeah nothing can do about that my s23u cant and my Fold 4 you can
