Selected end call with power button, hate it, can't turn it off

I have searched for this I can't find it elsewhere, sorry if it's duplicated.

I changed the feature on my GN to end the call with the power button. I hate it. Can't wake the screen up without hanging up on the caller. Now I can't figure out what menu contains this option. Anyone know where I should look? I am driving myself crazy trying to find it and I know it has to be something obvious I'm missing.

It can be changed in accessibility in the settings menu.

Wow... I know my phone in and out. I have AOKP JB build 2 on it and Franco kernel Milestone 5. Anyhow i had the same problem. I somehow set it to hang up when hitting power button. Great until you are talking on bluetooth and your phone times out then there is no way to wake up the screen without hanging up. lol I looked for hours and could not figure out where i had changed the option. And it was right there in front of me the entire time. lol Anyhow Thanks
