Sending in phone for repair, will they look through my hard drive?

my phone has some problems with the ports, everything is physical and only has hardware issues. I have some sensitive info like bank accounts, passwords etc. I'm worried about these things and was wondering if they will look through my hard drive? even if i delete the stuff just in case, will they still be able to find my passwords even if i did? will they do it?

If its just hardware. They might just use the phone to check if it functions the way it should. If you really want to protect that stuff then back it up on sd or your computer.
