I forced it today. Pulled my T-Mobile Sim and rebooted and it showed up finally. Did a factory reset and updated. I had some weird issues going on so it seemed like a good time to do a factory reset.

Sorry Mike, i disagree, I get the updates every 6th of the month on a phone that I happen to have, the name is Essential. Hope that help.
