SERIOUS HELP NEEDED, tried flash firmware in my android using TWRP gives error

It looks as if the firmware you're trying to flash is corrupt. It has to be a TWRP backup file if you're restoring it, or a .zip file if you're installing it. And it has to have the file it says it can't find.

@Rukbat i have no backups and i am trying to install the .zip. Tried downloading different version firmware still getting the "META-INF/com" error
