Server error on Play Store, how can I fix it?

Server error on Play Store

I have a OnePlus One. Everytime I open Play Store, I get a message called 'Server Error' with a 'Retry' button below it. When I click on 'Retry', the same message pops up with the same 'Retry' button below it. I have tried removing my Google account and and adding it back again but it didn't work. I also cleared some cache and rebooted my device but that didn't help either. Any suggestions are welcome.
