Serveral Problems (Samsung S6 Edge)

Hi all,

I bought this phone like 8 months ago & I recently started encountering these problems:

1- Phone gets hot while charging around 30 to 35 degress Celsius

2- There are several greyed icons in the back that you can't touch or anything, they are the whatsapp icons but they are just there you can't press on them, they are always on the screen even when I'm watching youtube

3- I'm getting a frequent no registered network even though I changed my sim card yesterday

4- I loose connectivity through mobile data when 4G appears

So can anyone help me with these problems? Specifically with problem 2 & 4

Welcome to the forums. I think you might have some hardware issues regarding #1, 3, and 4. You may want to start talking to Samsung about this.

The thing is I'm now in a different country so I can't contact the store where I bought the phone, any more help?
