Set Phone to silent or vibrate with Neo?

The only function my old Sony smartwatch had that my Neo Gear does not seem to, is the ability to set my phone to silent or vibrate. Rather than fishing my phone out of my pocket to silence it for a meeting, I could merely swipe my watch. I can't find anything like that on the Neo Gear 2. Is anyone aware of such a function?

Not sure if you still have the issue, but I recently bought a Neo and installed the Quick Settings app which allows me to set phone to silent or vibrate, along with adjusting other settings as well.
