setcpu help

thanks npark and thefredelement i have been reading alot about setcpu and the collin tweak.... this is my first rom i flashed and im just trying to figure out if setcpu is gonna be best for my moderate usage or using the collin tweak??? i have been bouncing back and forth between this fourm and XDA and everybody is divided on this question. i really like this rom and stock kernal (to afarid to try a differnet kernal because i dont fully understand them yet) so i need to get setcpu working right or im gonna try the tweak. if yall have a thought on this matter you know im thankful for it lol
