Setting/Accounts/Telegram

[AC Question]

Hi
recently after turning on my wifi,chrome pop up to connect to internet.I search for problem in my android and see in setting/accounts/telegram,my phone number change to unknown number.I uninstall and install for several times and reset to factory default,but all the time the number change to other number like random number.this problem shown in two tablet and four phone one by one,so i hacked what can i do???
