AT&T Galaxy S8 Setting Default Calendar for Samsung Calendar App w SmoothSync Help?

I am currently using Samsung Calendar App v 4.0.12-14 and SmoothSync for Cloud Calendar 1.8.9 to view and edit my iCloud calendars on my Galaxy s8+. Syncing and adding events works fine, but it defaults to my wife's personal calendar(which she shares with me) when inputting events. I like the Samsung Calendar App and was hoping there was a way to set my main iCloud calendar as the default to inputting events. Is this possible or will I have to switch calendars? I would prefer to stick with iCloud calendar as I often use my mac/iPad to do calendars as well.
