setting push / manual mail sync?

Apologies if this us a dumb question but can't find the setting.

I have touchdown for work email (exchange), hot mail and two Google mail accounts.

I would like the work email to push but the others configured as manual, say check every 30 mins. Is this possible? Am hoping to squeeze some extra juice out of the battery!
