I found a weird issue with the S6 and I didn't see anyone else with the issue so far.
It seems if you attempt to set tasks like set an alarm or a reminder via Google Now, the voice changes to (I think) the S-Voice synthesizer instead of Google's. The first time I attempted to set a task via voice prompted me to download higher quality voices and directed me to the Samsung app store which is why I assume it's S-Voice. Google Now's normal voice is fine if you ask it questions.
Can someone confirm this on their S6/edge with Google now and set a reminder? Does the voice change? I've already disabled S-Voice prior. I'm looking to see if this can be corrected.
Solution:
Found that the Google text-to-speech engine wasn't present and defaulted to the Samsung one. Downloaded it, installed. Set the engine to Google and restarted.
