SG3 turns off data itself

whenever I walk to a class on campus here my phone turns its data off and I don't know how to turn it back on. But I can send texts and stuff, can anyone help me? Why is it doing that.

could be a blocker of some sorts by the university to keep on going efforts of cheating away.. also all you need to do to turn it back on it slide the notification bar down and hit the data button

if you have wifi on and it connects to a hot spot, it will turn off mobile data
