shadow notifications on my phone wont go away how can i fix it?

I have a moto g4 plus and today when I woke up this thing which looks like a shadow of my notifications won't go away I tried restarting the phone it didn't work please help me the right side of the screen is showing shadow of previous notifications it won't go away it covers almost entirely right side of the phone help me please
