Share photos taken on your Note 8!

Thanks @xxaarraa1983

Been trying various camera apps.
Pretty much all those shots had no post processing.

So back to the stock one now.

The note destroys skys, it's major flaw in my eyes.

Ah, I see. It's not just the Note 8, the V30 stock app doesn't get the sky right either.

Suggestion - if you haven't already, download the ported Google HDR+ app. It takes advantage of google's awesome post processing on all Snapdragon 820/821/835 devices. It's not quite zero shutter lag as it is on the pixel, but does an awesome job rendering skys and anything HDR. If you look at the EXIF, what's really interesting is that google's app deliberately under-exposes each shot (very very high shutter speed) and combines them all to produce the right exposure. The side benefit of this is that it captures moving subjects really well. It freezes a moving subject much better than the stock app, and renders HDR beautifully as well. It also has option to save raw file.

There are a bunch of versions of the ported gcam app, I recommend 4.4.012. PM me if you want the apk.

I took some of electricity pylon wires that confused the hell out of it.

Almost as much as the Note8 hates sky and clouds. Always looks like it's been super processed on the clouds. My main issue with this camera / post processing.

this is what really bugs me. it can sometimes take a beautiful shot and ruin it.

Just a few photos from Disneyland yesterday.

Auto as usual and no post processing app used.

The Seven Seas Mariner.... what a cool name for a ship.

Straight out of auto with just a 20 point bump in clarity in Lightroom since mid tones were high.
