Here’s the jpg after I pulled the blue channel down and desaturated it. Notice the blue anywhere there are shadows and the blue stops at exactly the shadow edge. Also notice the houses in the background on the right. Blue tinted also. The RGB histogram still shows the blue channel blown out. Can’t see or do much with the low res jpg though.
I hope the OP simply PP the photo and jacked the blue off the end of the scale or else I would suggest a camera problem. F

Wow, you've got a lot of time on your hands. Glad you're enjoying my photo though. I did hit it with the "auto" adjust option before posting, gotta be honest, didn't look at nearly as discerningly as you did. Your edit is ok, but you went a little overboard with the whites in the sky, and you're way off on the sand, in my opinion. Here's the original, hope it meets your approval

For me, shooting on a wee cell phone, it's all about composition.

Quite a few of you guys really have a great eye for perspective and detail. I love checking the forum whenever I see my little "t" icon just to see what you guys "Phone eyes" have captured.

I have an elderly friend who is a little lonely and depressed at times, but when I send him some of the great pictures you guys take, he's so excited to open his email and add another great picture to his desktop screen saver. Especially the pets!
He says a big "thank you guys" for sharing!

Some in the the other device threads too, but I'm biased to the Note

Actually (imho) any camera (photo), regardless of “wee cell phone” or a 8x10 large format camera, is all about composition.

Precisely why I ignore any of those claims - the videos, newsfeeds, etc. This is real world usage and footage of how awesome the Note 8 camera can be.
